Christopher is Senior Innovation Discovery Manager for Life Sciences at the University of Manchester Innovation Factory, where he is responsible for identifying commercially viable projects and helping translate research into real-world impact.
Before joining the Innovation Factory, Christopher worked in the commercial team at the Medicines Discovery Catapult as a Funding and Research Development Officer, focusing on partnership development, intellectual property, grant funding and commercialisation across industry and academia.
His background spans both industry and academic research, including roles in cancer-focused contract research and stem cell research at The University of Manchester. He holds a PhD in Tissue Engineering from The University of Manchester.
