Clare oversees organisational reporting and plays a key role in shaping IP policy, risk management and compliance. She is committed to improving operational effectiveness and supporting colleagues to deliver commercialisation activity efficiently and consistently.

With over 25 years’ experience in technology transfer and IP management, Clare has held senior roles across marketing, licensing, portfolio management and IP operations. She has expertise in managing complex licensing arrangements, supporting spinout companies and maximising the value and impact of University IP. She has also led cross-institutional collaborations and service agreements, contributing to best practice across the knowledge exchange community.
