Ewelina is the Head of Commercial Development, bringing over 15 years of hands on bioscience research experience across cell biology, drug discovery and regenerative medicine.
She has worked with academia and industry on pre clinical projects from early proof of concept through to drug candidate nomination, focusing on cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
Most recently, she led the translation of pre clinical research protocols into clinical and regulatory ready manufacturing processes for personalised tissue engineered products targeting respiratory and immunological disorders at an SME in Leeds.
Ewelina has contributed to multiple interdisciplinary programmes, supporting hit to lead optimisation, assay and drug development, and the clinical translation of advanced therapies with pharmaceutical and academic partners.
