Megan is a Commercial Development Manager at the University of Manchester Innovation Factory working in the commercialisation of life sciences innovations. She joined from Fitch Group, where she progressed to Senior Healthcare Analyst, leading research and advisory across healthcare, MedTech and pharmaceutical markets. She advised global clients on commercial strategy, investment decisions and regulatory considerations, delivering market analysis, sizing and forecasting.

Prior to this, Megan worked in research consultancy at SQW evaluating NHS pilot schemes and healthcare service redesign, as well as university innovation initiatives. She brings a blend of commercial and public sector insight and is focused on supporting the translation of research into commercially viable opportunities with real-world impact.
