Shalini is an experienced researcher in the field of immunology, cell biology and cancer. Prior to joining the Innovation Factory, she worked as an academic scientist at University of Dundee where she drove several translational projects with large Pharma companies on high-resolution mass spectrometry of immune cells of clinical relevance.
She gained her TTO experience working with Research and Innovation Services at University of Dundee and through LifeArc AUTM Technology Transfer Training Fellowship.
At the Innovation Factory, Shalini is responsible for determining and optimising commercially viable projects in Biological and Health Sciences.
