Shalini is an experienced researcher in immunology, cell biology and cancer, and previously worked as an academic scientist at the University of Dundee, driving translational projects with major pharmaceutical companies using high resolution mass spectrometry of clinically relevant immune cells.
She gained technology transfer experience through Research and Innovation Services at the University of Dundee and the LifeArc AUTM Technology Transfer Training Fellowship. At the Innovation Factory, Shalini identifies and optimises commercially viable projects in biological and health sciences.
