Stephnie Kennedy
Commercial Development Manager (Life Sciences)
|Stephnie is responsible for identifying and optimising commercially viable projects in health and life sciences. She brings over 25 years of experience in bioscience and translational research across academia and industry.
She holds a degree and PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool. Her postdoctoral research in ophthalmology involved collaborations with clinicians and industry on disease mechanisms, drug and cell based therapies, and the development of biomaterials for cell replacement and antimicrobial bandage contact lenses.
Before joining the Innovation Factory, Stephnie was Principal Scientist and Product Development Lead at MicroBioSensor Ltd, developing point of care in vitro diagnostic devices from concept through to commercialisation.
