Gareth is Senior Commercial Development Manager (Science & Engineering) at the University of Manchester Innovation Factory, managing spinout and licensing projects across technologies including computer vision, precision agriculture, emissive display components and infrared spectroscopy.
Before joining the Innovation Factory, Gareth worked at Graphene Enabled Systems Ltd, supporting University of Manchester research teams to spin out companies based on 2D materials technologies. He completed a PhD in Physics at the University of Exeter, co authoring 11 publications and contributing to several international research collaborations.
